Bruce is our real estate partner at migrate2nelson and works within Bayleys, which is a full service real estate company with offices throughout New Zealand.

Coming from earlier careers in the New Zealand Police, and then the commercial aviation industry, he began selling residential property in 1998.
 
Now with a constant portfolio of well presented Nelson and Richmond homes, Bruce takes great pleasure in finding a property to suit the needs of his clients – and if he doesn’t have it on his books, he can find it for you; he can liaise with every real estate salesperson in Nelson, so you only have to deal with one.
 
Bruce’s success derives from working hard for both his buyers and sellers, and building a relationship based on honesty and trust.  This commitment to his clients has seen Bruce achieve 7th place for sales performance within Bayleys nationwide this year, a notable achievement among around 700 agents throughout the country.
 
Bruce is also the man on the ground in the UK - twice a year he works at the Bayleys stand at the NZ Opportunities Expos and will be back in July in London and Leeds.
