A Registered Master Builder, Lachlan Banks has been operating his own business since 2005, and prior to that was foreman for a company that specialised in very large architecturally designed homes throughout Canterbury. Born and raised in the Nelson region, Lachlan and his wife Rebecca along with their 2 children participate actively within the local school and sporting community. Lachlan is personally committed to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

We believe builders should stick to what they are good at - as such our core business is building/carpentry there are no professional salesmen talking it up backed by finance companies here. We work closely with architects and engineers and are happy to advise on types of construction and style of buildings, maybe even refer a designer suited to your sense of style and character. Architects create some fantastic plans, we love being involved in making those plans - your vision come to fruition. We manage full contracts through to labour only.
